Diet’s Don’t Work offers tailor-made Personal Training specifically designed to get brides – and grooms – looking the best they possibly can for the big day. We also often train brides and grooms together, which adds a healthy element of competition, camaraderie and fun.

Our Wedding package consists of a 6 week intensive one-on-one course which fast tracks clients through the basics and into calorie busting circuit based sessions. These are designed to tone, shape and lose pounds as much as possible in the time available. Nutritional analysis and help is also included to ensure the weight loss equation is tackled from both sides. Plus a simple additional homework programme designed to fit in with your routine and to complement your personal training sessions.

Drop at least one dress/trouser size

If you follow our achievable and targeted advice you can expect to drop at least a dress/trouser size during the training if not more. Liz, pictured above, dropped 10lbs and two dress sizes in just 6 weeks with us.

The average spend on a wedding in the UK is around £16,000, with much of the spending aimed at ensuring the bride looks fantastic on the day. In comparison with all the money spent on photographers, dresses, flowers, hair and makeup, fake tan and hold-me-in underwear, our Wedding package starts at just £550 for the bride and £650 for the bride and groom together for a 6-week programme.

 What Now?  The first step is to book a consultation. It’s free, and it’s a chance to meet your prospective trainer. In the consultation, we will go through a health screening, lifestyle assessment, goal setting, and nutritional analysis. Most importantly we will find out where you are now, where you would like to be, and how long it is before the big day!
